Good Counsel College is seeking applications for an Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that all college buildings and facilities are well maintained and presented to a high standard. This position directly supervises the internal maintenance and cleaning teams and coordinates the work of external contractors who provide specialist services to maintain buildings, facilities, gardens, and grounds. The role also serves as the main point of contact for all building and grounds works and is heavily involved in new construction and room renovation projects.
