Contract Dates: 16 January 2027 to 11 January 2030
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent teaching appointment with a three-year fixed-term Middle Leader appointment, which may be renewed following successful review and appraisal.
Teaching Areas: Applicants must identify the subjects they are qualified and experienced to teach as part of their application.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience:
Graduate $86,600 - Proficient 4 $107,988 FTE Gross per annum, plus Middle Leader Tier 2 allowance $13,026 gross per annum
OR
Proficient 5 and above: $137,750 FTE Gross per annum

The role of the Wellbeing Leader is to support the mission of the school through leadership in the support of students as school and family community members. This involves developing and implementing effective pastoral practices which provide for students' welfare and coordinating the efforts of staff in students' holistic growth through ensuring that appropriate programs and processes are developed and followed at all levels to encourage students to embrace a way of living based on the values of the Gospel and to manage student behaviours which are contrary to this; ensuring the quality and effectiveness of teacher practice through appropriate supervision; developing partnerships with parents and carers and other appropriate partnerships within and outside of the school; and prudently administering available resources.
It also involves working collaboratively with key staff, particularly the Learning Leaders to manage student engagement in all areas of college life.
