Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Leadership Position
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience - $84,077 to $142,764 FTE Gross per annum+ 2 POL Points ($6,324 per annum FTE)

St Joseph’s School is an integral part of the Cairns Diocese and the Atherton Catholic Parish. Located approximately one and a quarter hour’s drive from Cairns, Atherton sits within the heart of the naturally beautiful and agriculturally rich Atherton Tablelands. St Joseph’s School operates dual stream having experienced growth over the last few years. About the Role

Student diversity is fundamental to the ethos of Catholic schools. The Position of Leadership - Diversity works within whole-school initiatives to address the diverse needs of students through a culture of inclusiveness.
 
The Position of Leadership - Diversity works closely with teachers to plan and implement teaching strategies and programs that identify and respond to the individual needs of students. The Position of Leadership - Diversity communicates with parents as key partners in the educational outcomes of students. The Position of Leadership - Diversity also liaises with visiting specialists, including Therapists and Inclusive Education Teachers to support student learning.
