About the Role

St Mary’s Catholic College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead the college’s financial and administrative operations. Reporting directly to the Principal, this pivotal role supports strategic planning, financial management, human resources, property oversight, and compliance. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with strong financial acumen, a commitment to Catholic values, and the ability to foster a positive and efficient working environment.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements

  • Skills for building community including facilitation, delegation and consultation. 
  • Involvement in professional associations.
  • Capacity for leadership within a school.
  • Unless an exemption applies all staff are required to hold a current Working with Children Blue Card or be
    eligible to apply.
  • Criminal history and bankruptcy check.
  • Current drivers licence.
  • A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision and ethos of Catholic Education.
