Salary Range: $30.26 to $31.23 Gross per hour plus 12.75% Super

The grounds person/janitor has the primary role of maintaining college buildings, facilities and grounds by carrying out general cleaning duties. The grounds person/janitor is to be familiar with the college mission statement and tor strive to achieve the spirit of this statement when performing their role. He/she shall demonstrate a moderate level of skill and proficiency in maintaining equipment and carrying out tasks designated by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment is paramount.
