The School Learning Officer's role is to assist the classroom teacher to meet the learning goals of students who have additional learning needs. They will assist in the support of individual education programs and provide opportunities for students to develop personal and social skills as required. The person in this role will also support and work with EAL/D learners. The School Learning Officer in a casual position will be available to cover arranged staff absences, including absences at short notice.
