Employment Type:  Full Time, Fixed Term - ending 5 December 2025 

Salary Range: CESO Level 4 -$77,978 to $88,122

About the Role

This position involves a range of administrative responsibilities, including diary management, minute taking, and responding to enquiries with strict confidentiality. These duties require a range of interpersonal skills consistent with the core values of Catholic Education. The position will be involved in co-ordinating senior leadership recruitment in accordance with Catholic Education guidelines. 

Work Requirements

  • Experience in providing high level administrative support to individual or teams and knowledge of various administration functions. 
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills and knowledge Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadline.
  • Previous experience in a similar role involving departmental diary, travel and event management 
  • Hold a Working with Children Blue Card.
  • Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education.
