Salary Range: CEOS9 $162,494 - $180,548 Gross per annum

About the Role

The Wellbeing & Learning department enhances educator capability through the provision of evidence-informed specialist knowledge and practices, so that every student can realise their full educational potential.

The Manager Diversity is responsible for shaping and supporting inclusive education, providing leadership and future insight primarily in strategic planning, development and implementation of effective, contemporary approaches to inclusive educational practice that support the building of inclusive Catholic School communities through a collaborative approach. 

This position calls for a highly experienced educator with enthusiasm and commitment to work in a challenging and rewarding role, providing Catholic educational leadership for learning and teaching services through coordination, advocacy, representation and delivery of services to support the Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Cairns.

Work Requirements

  • Current Queensland College of Teachers Registration;
  • Professional qualifications in Education, preferably in Inclusive Education;
  • Highly developed understanding and experience in leading inclusive education across multiple settings;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in inclusive education across multiple settings;
  • Possession of a current/valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and;
  • Eligibility to work within Australia for the period of this appointment.
