Salary Range: SOF Level 4 $36.98 to $38.14 gross per hour

About the Role

This position provides high-level administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing diaries, schedules, and appointments
  • Drafting and handling correspondence
  • Responding to enquiries from staff, parents, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Promoting a responsive, service-oriented culture within the school office

The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, initiative, and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic educational setting.

Work Requirements

  • Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
  • Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
