Salary Range: Teacher $86,600 - $147,048 gross Per Annum + 3 Leadership Allowance Points - $9,768 gross per annum

The Position of Leadership - Diversity works closely with teachers to plan and implement teaching strategies and programs that identify and respond to the individual needs of students. They will also communicate with parents as key partners in the education outcomes of students. The position of Leadership - Diversity liaises with the visiting specialists, including Therapists and Inclusive Education Teachers to support student learning.
Additionally, the Leader of Diversity plays a key role in overseeing whole school initiatives to address the diverse needs of students through the culture of inclusiveness.
