Employment Type: Part Time, Fixed Term (12 hours per week) for 2025 school year (leave coverage)
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience - Graduate $84,077 to Lead Teacher $142,764 FTE Gross per annum + 12.75% super

Good Counsel Primary School is located close to the heart of Innisfail, with the rear access to the school being across the street from Good Counsel College. Only 90km south of Cairns, Innisfail is the Cassowary Coast’s largest town, with a population of approximately 10,000. The township is picturesquely situated at the junction of the North and South Johnstone Rivers, about five kilometres from the coast.

About the Role
As a Teacher you will:
- Plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school objectives and school planning
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment
Teachers are accountable to and under the direction of the school Principal or delegate.
Work Requirements
- Be registered or eligible to be register with Queensland College of Teachers
- Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
